Refund Policy

This policy covers future direct purchases through Lemon Squeezy. PhantomCP is currently offered through the Mac App Store. For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple; this direct-purchase policy does not apply.

You have a 30-day evaluation period starting on the day your free trial begins.

If you purchase a license during that period, you may request a full refund for any reason before the evaluation period ends. Purchasing a license does not restart or extend the 30-day period.

For example, if you purchase 10 days after starting your trial, you have 20 days remaining to request a refund.

Purchases made after the evaluation period ends are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind refunds.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us using the seller support instructions on your Lemon Squeezy receipt and include your order number. If your request remains unresolved, you can contact Lemon Squeezy through its Help Center.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds under its applicable terms.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy’s authority to issue refunds under its terms.
